1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Easywebplans Information Technology LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide web design, web development, digital marketing, SEO, mobile app development, and related IT services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal
• Typically, we require 50% advance payment to start work
• Final payment is due before project handover
• All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and content
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Ensuring they have rights to all content provided
• Meeting payment deadlines

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom designs and code created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
